Our Directors and Senior Staff have extensive experience of running businesses, having previously worked at senior management levels (e.g. operations, logistics, etc) before specialising in health and safety. Business Mentoring
We believe that small and medium sized businesses will increase their likely success rates if they are run in a similar way to large business (i.e. with structured planning and feedback to aid swift and effective business decision making). We can provide professional support to clients seeking such input via a planned series of periodic meetings with their senior management over either the short or the long term (whichever is relevant at any particular moment in time).
Event Facilitation / Public Speaking
Another key area of our general business support is around the facilitation of business events. This is indeed a major area of expertise and some of you may have already seen Phil Wass (our MD) speaking at (or running) business events around the East Midlands (and beyond) in the past. Phil has an excellent reputation as a Public Speaker and can provide this service in either ‘motivational’ or ‘informative’ formats.
Interim Management
If a key post needs to be filled temporarily (e.g. whilst an appropriate full time member of staff is being recruited, etc) then we can source and provide a seasoned professional from our network of contacts who can ‘plug that gap’ in the short term.
