Mentoring

If you have a junior member of staff who you wish to develop into an operational health and safety role within your organisation then we can provide a programme of ongoing mentoring support to assist an individual at such times.

Public Speaking

If you have a health and safety product or service which you wish to promote then we can provide experienced and professional support to help you to optimise your chances of projecting such an offer in the most effective manner. Many of you may have already come across Phil Wass (our MD) speaking at (or running) all kinds of business events and promotions around the East Midlands (and beyond). Phil has an excellent reputation as a Public Speaker and can provide this service in either ‘motivational’ or ‘informative’ formats.

Interim Management

If you suddenly lose your full time health and safety professional (through illness, resignation, etc.) and such a post needs to be filled temporarily then we can provide a seasoned professional to ‘plug that gap’ in the short term.

Cultural Change Programmes
